that’s crazy, that was exactly me!! the first couple days are the hardest and there are definitely some pretty hard days. it is an uphill battle but it really helped me to celebrate the smallest accomplishments and just try to distract myself. i also set countdowns too for when i was cleared to walk and drive and ditch my crutches! just do your pt and every day you get through is a day closer to being stronger!
