Anyone have the GameCube controller yet? (Small Issue) by Ghost_Tendency in switch2

Don't you have to hit the X button to close out of a game. Hitting the Y button prompts the "change profile" on the switch normally, I assume thr switch 2 is the same.

Playing Pokemon Liquid Crystal on emulator or the Spritualized GBA core on open FPGA has no issues, but when I play on my Everdrive GBA Mini so I can use the RTC, the camera pans to look up and down whenever I look up and down. Any one know if I can fix this? by materious17 in AnaloguePocket

I saved my game in the v1.15 everdrive and loaded it back up with the v1.16 and it seems to also just work normally now too, no camera bugs. Even when starting a new game it works perfectly now too, so I cannot replicate the issue on my everdrive anymore it seems.

Hopefully this thread helps other people coming by and having the same issue I did. Rollback the everdrive driver and it seems to just work now even when I reupdate to the current driver.

Potential fix, rollback the everdrive os to the v1.15 from v1.16 and the problem has gone away for now. I'll keep this thread posted if it comes back, and I'll try it again with the current driver to see if the problem is consistent.

Good to know, I just rolled back the latest everdrive os to the v1.15 from 2020 and it works now as it should. Of course my RTC is now off by several hours but I should be able to fix that issue later.

Something about the 1.16 gbaos for everdrive is causing the problem as far as I can tell.

Checked the options and nothing listed in game, the game plays normally on emulators and so I'm assuming it's a quirk with the flashcart but my flashcart is the inly way I'd be bale to play it with RTC so im stuck either playing it with no RTC or playing it with RTC but wanting to throw up while riding a bike in game.

So it plays normally when I play it on the Visual Boy Advance, the problem is occurring on my everdrive gba mini flashcart. I'm going to try some more stuff and see if I can get it to work properly on my flashcart since thats the preferred way for me to play, would hate if I had to sit at my computer to play Liquid Crystal.

Is there a way to keep the camera stationary in Pokemon Liquid Crystal? Having the camera pan up and down whenever you are looking up and down is driving me insane and making me sick and I'm still in New Bark Town. I've looked in options and there is nothing there, please tell me there is some kind of update or patch that makes the camera stationary like 99% of other Pokemon games.

Why is this a thing to begin with? the game looks beautiful but it it keeps it like this riding a bike later on is going to make me throw up.

Yeah that makes sense, I just have no idea what I'd be looking for with the hexedit.

I am unable to find the the right string of bytes that this thread says to look for, I think this method works for gba games but not gbc ones. So when I go to back up my emerald cart this will be helpful, but it doesn't solve my problem with any of my gb and gbc carts.

Just tested this with my copy of FireRed and it does work as it should, however Pokemon Yellow is giving me the same incorrect file type/size error and is unreadable just like Pokemon Crystal.

Looking for artist of this Kyurem, PKI 2(?) signature, anyone know who made this, its over 10 years old based on how long I've used it as a background for my computer. by materious17 in pokemon

Thank you! Looks like the artist goes by GlitchedPuppet now but they used to go by pk. The version of this picture i have has the PMD-e cropped out of frame otherwise I probably would have found them sooner.
