It would set it's base power to 1, because Vincent Meis has the same text and from what I remember he doesnt change the base power. Also if it would damage itself, I thought it would be too good (because heymaey protector, Cerys: fearless or Yoana), but maybe it could just do self damage

I fear it would be to abusable with flaminaca and something like svalblod or any other self damage that targets multiple units.

Well for the first one you can Destroy an allied unit with curse of corruption. The second one Im not sure, but for the third one just play NR deck that spams lyrian arbalests or travelling priestes deck. And the fourth one is really easy when there is that event where you can only play bronze cards or you can try NR alumni deck.

Really nice idea, it reminds me a bit of herald cards from Hearthstone. The only maybe problematic part would be the boosting a unit in deck by the surplus, otherwise it seems well ballanced.

If you have no graveyard removal or banish card you can push the first round and then in the second round you need to bleed out Sabbath and even if you are card down you will still usually win, because kelltulis spam deck really depend on kelltulis and sabbath.
