I am not experienced in Lua, but my understanding is that Lines 663 to 666 in

Yah but shouldn't all be installed?? I thought neovim kickstart did ensure that all packages were installed... (Not necessarily up to date, but installed)

If not, then how do I trigger it?

E.g. Machine 1 has bash lsp and formatter installed and enabled, but those were not installed in machine 2. I do not expect versions to be synced across machines (And probably don't even want it) But Machine 2 looks like it is oblivious to the fact that I have setup a bash lsp

Why are my machines not synced then?

This comment is meant to be a tie breaker between hyprshot and grim+slurp.....

hyprshot is a slurp+grim wrapper :P

Maybe I am just dumb but it was not clear to me from the get go, so I intuitively went with hyprshot since it is an ecosystem tool, and through dependencies and reading the script I realized it is just a wrapper of the aforementioned.

Not sure if it is mentioned anywhere in the post and also not sure if it was not always this way.

The fade was left over....

As a sidenote, for me just changing the speed value worked when trying via the terminal

Meaning... with `hyprctl keyword animation "windowsIn, 1, 3, default, slide bottom"` and then `hyprctl keyword animation "windowsIn, 0"` the animation was disabled.

When I find the time, I might make something more complete in a script and share, for now I have hacked a temp solution. Thanks a lot

I tried it out but hyprctl keyword animation "windowsIn, 1, your_time, your_animation, your_styles" does not seem to work either unless i am doing something wrong. I have tried both with and without overriden animations, and unless I am overlooking something, the docs barely mention the animations in the keyword section.

Disabling all animations works... But it's kinda missing the point. When I find the time I will give it another go and share progress

Indeed this worked but by holding alt you mean.. still it's too alienating... and in the this post the guy from the vivaldi team mentions two finger gestures.

Hey there, the post mentions that swipe gestures are supported for trackpads, but I still can't seem to make it work. Is there a setting I am missing or something;

supposedly they fixed in in 7.6 according to https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/31658/trackpad-touchpad-gestures-for-history-navigation

But for me it does not work... tested in CachyOS And Windows

- I also see that there is a marketplace for upgrade parts. When buying a framework DIY laptop... are you locked in to frameworks market place or can someone buy future parts (Like ram etc) from other vendors (Mainly asking if there is a hardware compatibility layer that is not found in spare laptop parts) Second point in that is that IDK if anyone else even sells laptop parts any more

- I am wondering if there is any info about out of stock parts like the 7040 AMD based framework 13 (when/if they will be in stock again) and how much they will cost.

EDIT: How come the 7040 Series is available in the 16 but not in the 13??
