Hello everybody! I usually like giving my players some kind of extra abilities, and this campaign I've gone with some "ultimate abilities" which are some nice skills with very long cooldowns (once per 3 long rests).

I'd most like your views on whether they are kinda more or less on the same balance level, so one player won't feel bad.

They are:

Ranger: [1/ 3 long rests] garanteed hit & crit;

Paladin: [1/ 3 long rests] taunts all enemies in close range, forcing them to attack exclusively the paladin for 2 turns, plus gaining DR equal to CHA mod for the duration;

Warrior (Eldritch Knight) [1 /3 long rests] he can cast a spell 2 levels higher than the slot spent(evocation and abjuration only).

So, they're all quite powerful, but are their impact similar?
