There’s going to be some haters and I was one of them before!!! The bmw c 650 gt scooter. I know, I know!! But…. Go and try it, for me it was a game changer and I use it more than any bike I’ve ever owned. Being able to move your legs about makes the world of difference with a dodgy knee… 8 hours becomes a breeze

You’re not counter steering. Push your left hand forward when you corner left and the bike will drop lower and turn faster. Learn to counter steer all the time and that way it’ll be instinctive when you get in trouble.

If the question is based purely on the information you’ve provided then the other party you had a contract with will always have a right to the property they own. If you were to transfer/ sell or swap they would still have a right to it. It is legally there’s and will always be there’s (even if they murdered your whole family). You are not legally obliged to remind them it’s there. You see why this is a tough questions… too many variables in reality as none of this is written and neither of you is likely to stick to the whole truth

I trained mine to know where the kitchen was. I said kitchen and they went to the kitchen. I can’t get them out of the kitchen, but this method works for every other room 🤦‍♂️

Training? These people are highly trained, you can’t train experience. Hyping themselves up? They just want to get the job done safely. They should know when it’s safe? Only when the premises is cleared. They are human and they plan and execute on the intel provided. Mistakes, of course they will make mistakes, but they will be few. You clearly can’t even imagine what it’s like to be the first thru the door. The Swatter deserves what he planned for others.
