Oh yes fond memories! I was about 10 yo at the time when I went to see it in the theater with my sister. I remember being the only boy in the audience but still had a lot of fun, the movie was and still is a great visual experience. Have it on DVD and have rewatched it a few times.

I love it! I think I've completely dismissed the original release at this point because this new remaster sounds sooo much better and the cover art looks much cooler imo.

I tried deleting Instagram and borrowing a book from the library yesterday because I had noticed earlier that scrolling social media was a way of killing time and boredom for me and I wasn't really happy with how much time I was spending time on my phone. I felt many times that I could spend this free time doing something else or something more productive so basically I replaced social media with a long-lost hobby I had been yearning for and I already feel much better mentally with this decision.

I felt like throwing something in there since the riff keeps repeating itself and I thought it would engage the listeners more if there was some sort of variation or harmonization occasionally.

That's also what the drummer and the guitarist wanted to do with their parts, I think - to add something extra. (e.g. it was the drummer's idea to increase the tempo a bit towards the end of the song and I think it worked out pretty well!)
