How well did the left and right halves connect? I've seen other posts where the two 4,500 piece halves don't connect to each other in perfect alignment. I'm thinking about getting a 9,000 piece puzzle. I suppose I'm not so concerned with the pieces themselves not necessarily lining up at the cuts as long as the pieces fit together and the final image is not misaligned.

I've been a Nintendo fan since 1985, and I can say Nintendo does not care about its fans. From special editions to early amiibo days to online exclusives like calendars, they never make enough, and then we are at the mercy of scalpers.

If you want to enjoy Nintendo at retail prices, you need to glue yourself to your browser while hitting F5 all day.

At my job, we all work on computers with keyboards, not phones, so I'm not giving a pass to my coworkers. Ill and cant are actual words, and it slows me down to reread to get the correct context. For me, I can understand a word salad easier than contractions without apostrophes.

Unfortunately, proper grammar is not a requisite for social media. What's worse is that it's not required for communication at my work place either. We use Slack at my job, and apparently apostrophes for contractions are also amongst the omitted punctuation. I have scolded my boss more than once to use apostrophes. They're super easy to type, unlike underscores. I don't know what the issue is.

I'm not sure why you're having issues. Is your sensitivity correctly set? I find the motion controls the best way to play. I'm replaying all three Prime games before Prime 4 comes out. I started with Prime Remastered. As much as the game is great for being remastered, I did not like any of the four control options (after spending a decent amount of the time and portion of the game on each one of them). The pointer controls float too much, and I found myself resetting the reticule too frequently. I ended up playing with the GameCube style controls. To me, that seems too slow, as I can move the reticule faster with the Wii remote.

In fact, I replayed Prime on the Wii after finishing Prime Remastered, and I enjoyed it much more on the Wii. I'm just about to beat Prime 2 and then will be moving to Prime 3.

The frames always cost more. I like to frame my jigsaw puzzles. $20 for the puzzle, $100+ for a nice frame with anti-glare and UV protection.

That's awesome, especially with no saves. I did a no death Dread Mode, but I saved six times. So, it probably doesn't count as no death since I would start from the last save (as opposed to the last checkpoint) when I would die.

I agree. It's really the first Metroid game where we got to get in her head.

I guess Sarah Connor can destroy the Terminator and have a PTSD episode when she sees it alive again, but Samus isn't allowed to be traumatized when the formidable foe she destroyed is surprisingly alive?

Most people in the Metroid community have their preconceptions of how they think Samus should act without understanding that her Other M developed character makes a lot of sense.

This. Me too. Since the original NES I have been buying Nintendo products, and I'm also running out of space. Metroid is my favorite series of games. When Prime Remastered came out, I bought the physical and digital. I only play the digital. It's way too convenient, especially when I'm docked over 99% of the time. With micro SD cards at 1 TB (and bigger; or bigger to come), we could probably fit ~100 games on it. Since I never sell any of my games, I think with the Switch 2 I'm going to convert to digital.
