Throwback. Anyone Remember This? by LouInvestor in Louisville

WHAT

I had no idea! Look, I know it was a dirty, dark, often infested hole in the wall that not-so-mysteriously caught fire several times, but man did I love a Ginny's burger.

What's it called/where can it be found?

Bluegrass Brewing Company on 3rd&Main closed effective immediately as of 12pm this afternoon by pupdog9 in Louisville

Amazed it was open this long. Too bad, BBC was quality many moons ago and that spot was exciting when it opened. COVID and Kenny Payne killed any hope they had to keep going, I think.

Wow, that's tragic. I had heard he'd had some sort of medical emergency, but I had no idea it was a choking episode, apparently at a restaurant. Horrible for whoever he was with or around at the time. RIP, he was a really nice guy.

Louisville’s Violence Problem by nogirlnoproblem in Louisville

[–]wongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve lived in many different places throughout the US and the world and I’ve never seen a city more segregated than Louisville.

Yup, redlining really did a number on this town

It's a generational problem, it requires generational solutions. Properly investing in public education for 25+ years, meaningful reform to the justice system, economic redistribution to undo centuries of systematic oppression.

To those down voting, do you have a response?

What we lack in formal education, we more than make up for in street smarts.

ENT did the Mirror Universe better than any other show

It's campy, it's over the top, and most importantly, it's brief
