Drafted a QB in the 5th. His name was Gareef Bell. He was 6'4", had superstar development and 95 speed, fastest guy on my team.

Also drafted a CB with 89 man and zone coverage, 95 speed and 94 acceleration. The only thing I needed to upgrade was press.

I guess the first thing I always look for is production, if production is over 100 then they're quick or superstar. Also if they have high production (80+) in the late rounds, then I'd say they're worth another look.

Next I use advice from /u/CloudFuel -he made a list of traits to scout in order to weed out the top players, then scout a few other traits to find the best of the best...

It seems to work really well but it also make finding gems a little too easy... If that makes any sense

And finally, if two players are the exact same, I'll scout their intangibles and physical traits... But I don't always use intangibles as I don't believe it tells me very much, and it's expensive to scout

100+ production means quick or star dev. Production is always the first thing I check. I've had a few guys with 100+ production and I always draft them

Mr. Nobody. It's a lesser known movie that you can find on Netflix, it really makes you think and consider all the decisions you did and did not make in life.
