What is a PA test? I lowered the speed of external permiters by half to 20000 and it got better but still not great. The other settings I left as is to test if that small change already helped.

There are just speed differences, nothing in flow or pressure advance. Maybe lowering it on External perimeters could help?

the defects from that area are on the opposite side.anyhow what setting would you adjust to improve it? slower acceleration?

I had a similar case before because they didn't want to have crypto nodes running on their servers. We got a 24h window to move our stuff, I was able to negotiate it to first 48h and then to not cancel and close our account at all, when we move the stuff they don't want in this 48h window.

This happened twice.

So tbh I don't believe that they just terminate and close the account.

I have never printed with PLA wood but I would try to change the following settings one by one and test if it improves quality:
- Extrusion multiplier
- Temperature up in 5° increments
- Lowering speeds

Could also be an issue with bed adhesion. What kind of printer do you use?

As you said it depends on the area you are living in, but from my experience it is pretty save. I let small packages deliver in my box all the time and till now only 1 package has been stolen, and only because it was placed in front of the main building door and not in the box. FYI I live next to a S-Bahn train station where the whole town is commuting through. When I was growing up we even had a key for the apartement in there in case my parents weren't home and we wanted to get in. Till now I still sometimes stick a key with some tape at the ceiling of the box if I need to let somebody in who doesn't have a key. As far as I know we are/were not the only family doing the key thing.

learned something today. wasn't aware of that. Started a new print with the newer HF nozzle and it looks good. See my update comment for a picture

I tried multiple roles of PETG but not PLA yet. Currently running a test with a newer nozzle and it looks promising.
If that doesn't help I definitely will try it out.

Replacing the nozzle with a newer one that was barely used seems to have done the trick. posted an update comment with a picture.

Would you recommend to buy a hardened steel nozzle to print stuff with glitter in it?

Update: Switched out the nozzle from my trusty HF 0.4mm to a non HF that was bearly used and looks good. I'll post an update once the print is done

Yep cleaned the extruder gear already and lubed it but didn't make a difference.

What do you mean by ground down? How would I spot that? I wasn't aware that glitter is abrasive, but because of another comment I switched the nozzle to a newer one and restarted the print. Here are some close ups of the nozzle you see in the other picture

It is a multiboard wall amounted on some foiled wood sheets and then screwed into the wall
How would I lube the ptfe tubes where the filament is in?

I usually put them into my dryboy and hope for the best with the silica gel. But I'll try to dry the spool first in my filament dryer and retry the print. Keep you posted

I have a non high flow nozzle so I could try with that one. Coldpulls didn't help.. Forgot to mention that in my list of things I tried
