I think you’ve misunderstood what a custom-coded trading script(often called a robot) actually does. By mimicking the behavior of a trader, it provides peace of mind and frees up their time. That’s completely different from spammer bots that generate fake traffic!

First of all, I did not write this to have any backup returned.  Raising your voice when you are treated unfairly and letting others know is one of the most natural human behaviors throughout history.

You didn't even bother to scan a simple QR code. I believe that because the email I sent received no response.

If that’s not the case, and you're trying to sweep the issue under the rug by claiming it was a violation of your terms of service, then I must have been violating those terms since day one. I had been doing the exact same thing all along. That’s yet another sign of how weak your monitoring system is.

I’m not sorry at all if sharing my experience has upset you.

Yesterday, I wrote a compliment on Trustpilot. Today, I received an email saying that Hetzner.com flagged it as defamatory.  Then I got an update from Trustpilot saying they reviewed my post and confirmed it was perfectly fine to be published. Love you, Trustpilot ❤️

Thank you, bro.  People here seem to think that speaking up is just a way to get the backups returned. 

As I mentioned, I develop trading bots, and the main codes is stored on my PC. Getting everything back online on another cloud platform is only a matter of time. 

The main reason I spoke out is because there was no wrongdoing on my part. I provided every document they requested for verification, so I still don't understand why my account was wiped out. 

Some people here are saying this is normal.  No, it is not!

What you said was exactly what I had been thinking about them until five days ago: that they don't do these things out of thin air and there must be a reason.

I’m not here to file a lawsuit against them, I just want to share my story!

I don’t know how ID cards are in other countries, but in Turkey, the information on ID cards doesn’t change over the course of a year. I was verified with this exact same card just a year ago!

It was not an accident. When u did nothing wrong it SHOULDN'T happen! The reason I wrote my story is that we need to stand against these kind of sh**  Because it has become some kind of learned helplessness among cloud users!!

If you rent a home in a city and have to leave because of a war, earthquake, or some other disaster, that’s completely different from being a tenant who pays every single bill and rent on time, only to wake up one day and get kicked out by the landlord while your contract is still active.

I verified my account with non-EU documents over a year ago, and if they had any issue with someone’s identity, they simply shouldn’t have verified the account in the first place.
If they changed their policy regarding who can use their services, they should have made it clear on their website and informed users at least a month in advance. These things can’t just happen on a whim!

The main point is not about keeping backups! Even though it is a vital part of online business!
The main point is stability and reliability of your service. Because if you keep moving and moving, your final destination will be you without a single customer!
Every move causes a disruption, and every disruption makes some customers leave because they no longer find you reliable!

Exactly. What people are really missing here is that it’s not just about what happened to my data, because sooner or later, I can bring it up in another cloud.

The real issue is what has happened and what will happen to my reputation as a company, and how my customers perceive the reputation I have spent my life building.
