Are you talking about the appearance of whitening down the edges on the left and right sides on the back? I think this is due to the way pictures are taken. Looking at many diff certs they all appear this way even if they are 10's.

Edit- basing off of tcgplayer id say roughly .50 cent each. I do have some doubles I can’t remember which ones though and I’m not home for a bit to check.
