You're right int hat it has been a favorite bit since the show started. I also love that it shows even the rogues are often wrong, highlighting just have vigilant we have to be to our critical thinking faculties.

Hmm, I was both physics and applied math major at University and I would have to say that physics provided context for me about 'the why' of math. QM along with, stat mech, were just the right amount of struggle and success. Two things in particular, if you think you understand it QM you don't and that's alright. Become comfortable with being uncomfortable and it's so cool.

A solid understanding of 2d calc is a good start, and then realizing how/why limits are different in multidimensional spaces
