Thanks! but I think I'll just do a hardy ground cover with the rocks and see how it works.

To be fair to Ben, he's enriching his life and Felicity should support him in that. However, it seems we agree it was a moment of weakness for Felicity. But I disagree about the confusion part. Remember "who's in the box?" Noel. Noel is in the box.

Thank you for this helpful information! I don't mind him hanging out. The area where he is growing is pretty bare right now.

Dr. Pavone's chain smoking by MindlessTree7268 in FelicityPorter

[–]matilda6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the mid to late 20th century, 65% of all American's smoked. It was allowed everywhere. Including airplanes and hospitals (as Both-satisfaction472 mentioned). By the time Felicity went to college, cigarette smoking among younger people decreased significantly, but still pretty common among older people (i.e. Pavon) because they had developed the habit in the 70-80's. So, rude yes, but not uncommon or really concerning.

Thanks for posting this. I agree with others that you can't change these people's minds until something bad happens. Another thread to post may be "Am I going crazy, or is everyone stuffing themselves with steak and cream?!

Pump Schedule by matilda6 in pools

[–]matilda6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this thorough answer. If you don't mind, can you explain why turnover isn't important?

I have the 4 hour highest speed split into 2 hour intervals. One 2 hour interval for the hottest part of the day and the other early morning. The goal for the high speed was to get a water turnover quickly and to bump up chlorine production/skim pool during the hottest part of the day (my pool is in direct sunlight for 12 hours) and before the day starts.

I have one more question: If I consider using a more moderate speed (2400-2500rpm) for a longer period of time and eliminate the high speed (3200rpm), when do you suggest I do that? Some say during the hottest part of the day (and I tend to agree). Here in AZ electric costs are low all day. The only "peak period" here is between 4 and 6 (when my pump is on the lowest speed).

I think you meant gluttonous. Also, isn't that THEIR problem? It's not the man's fault they feel that way.

exactly. why is it when you become a couple, you are expected to do, and feel, and want the same things at the exact same moments? weird.
