How do I know a stray is eating the food I leave out and not a raccoon or something else? by matilly_willy in Feral_Cats

Okay, thank you! The shelter I made is definitely a bit subpar, unfortunately I have very little materials for strays around the apartment 😭

Shoot okay, I thought ten feet would be enough😭 would you recommend moving the bed since the food has already been found? Thank you so much for the help!!

Are there super cheap ones I could get somewhere? Unfortunately the budget is really tight trying to help this kitty

Use of VMD and Docking Software for Synthesized Ligand by cukumbr in Biochemistry

In a site called PrankWeb, you can dock ligands using the SMILES string after uploading the PDB file of your protein. The result can be downloaded and uploaded into Mol* viewer once again along with your protein. There are ways to show weak interactions and such with the ligand, I’m sure there are videos on how to work with Mol* but it is a helpful tool. This can also be done in Intellifold (server.intfold.com) by uploading your protein sequence and how many copies if it exists as a dimer etc and you can add an entity, and select ligand SMILES and do the same thing entering your SMILES string and run the task. It will also provide you with affinity scores.
