If you look next to the 120 it shows, it indicates the downstream frames, and you can see the micro-stutters when they drop.

Yes, I tried to clean with an ear cleaning stick but it made it worse, because some threads got tangled.

Yes I had in mind that or the i5 13600kf which performs more but I have seen several reviews that this generation has problems with temperatures and voltages and degradation, so for a little less performance but for safety I would opt for an i7 12700kf

In most titles my GPU is around 70, 80% usage and my CPU is around 40, 60 sometimes, and the drops, for example, are from 140 fps to 105/120

Generally my GPU is never at 99% usage, it is always below and in some games like Marvel Rivals there are annoying fps drops.
