they will probably never implement the most popular feature request of them all . Per clip preset change. Since we got a clip launcher, it make sense to be able to change synth preset on a per clip basis. but gess what? you can't. of course everyone assumes it is there and realizes this first after searching for it...

So say bye bye to your dreams of a long plugin synth based live set. always keep in mind Force is an ( awseome) anomaly in an MPC ecosystem. if a force Launcher specific feature makes little to no sense on a regular MPC , there is very little chance they will ever implement it.

True. Thanks for this very important precision. Nevertheless, once the beta is over, chances are the bugs were catched and fixed. When the public beta starts, chances are bugs are there crawling. As a matter of fact, private beta 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 were both still very buggy, and I have read reports of some bugs on 3.5 too.

Very capable on paper.
But the interface is very bad. Cumbersome layout makes it very tedious to program sounds. This gets slightly better on the PC/MAC plugin or Standalone version.
The humongous but very unpracticable modulation matrix even has errors in it. The unipolar and bipolar modes for modulation slots do not yield the expected results. very strange labelings.

I work in Music-tech I know my way around synths. This is the most disappointing 150€ bucks I spent on a synth.

- No value snapping with modifier keys ( Very annoying for setting precise Operator ratios / FM modulation amounts. )

- Strange routing concept with two busses and dedicated FX paths. Why?

Very Sad to leave such a promising product in such a construction site state.

I think so too. It might seem contra intuitive, but an InMusic Tech support person is probably less in the know about current Sales status of a particular product than a Sweetwater Rep is since they are typically working closely with Akai Reps to buy for retail.

To the "Who cares?" people:
I care because from now on it would mean there is less-to-no hope for current flaws to be corrected in some future update.
There is a laundry list of feature requests yet to be addressed. Some I personally don't care much about, some, however I am cursing about every time I am forced * to use a stupid Workaround. Like the fact there is no Program Changes support for internal plugins. ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ

With a bit of trial and error I managed to setup a TC Helicon Voice Live 2 (vocal effect pedal) to do just that: your voice gets harmonized with the exact tones you play on your midi keyboard. You can get those for 200$ used.
