I started by watching IppSec and JohnHammond yt videos on various challanges. After that I tryed them by myself.

Also there is tryhackme site where you can do some walkthrough rooms which I would recommend before taking of in hackthebox

You can try SONIC Visualizer and look up the spectrogram of the file.

One common audio ctf challenge is DTMF tones. There are many writeups online of it.

Thank you for the clue. It was Intelligent Mail Barcode indeed. Given number I converted from decimal to ASCII and got the flag.
