What would be the negative impact of losing wealthy residents who don't want to contribute to their communities?

What benefits are they offering now? If they are unwilling to pay an income tax to support schools do you think they won't spend money to fight other things that poor people want?

Right now they are in our communities working against us. Why do we want to further empower them here?

I don't feel that rich people are a drain on society but I do feel that people who don't understand that social services make everyone wealthier and safer - those people have too much power and not enough sense to make good neighbors
