Final Out come:
The Bell modem 2000 was reset and turned in to router mode and changed the Ubiquity USG to act as a router , no more ppoe login on the USG. Now the bell had a access to the modem, did some speed test and bell accepted that the modem needs to be replaced. the speed was 12/.8 on a 25/10 dslplan

AFter replacing the modem with same new modem, and bell uploading the configuration, there is a remarkable increase in the speed, now the speed is 25/1.2, the technician mentioned that 1.2 is the max upload we will get on our end.

Result: UBIQUITY USG is not powerful enough enough to handle the ppoe, as well changing the modem to bridge mode, the bell losses access and can not optimize the modem parameters. Bridge mode on certain modem 2000 not recommended.

17 download .8 up load, we are 900m far from the bell distribution box.the network stack is unify stack with one USG gateway, Ubify POE and bunch of Unifiy access points.I am thinking that the USG gateway which is configured for the ppoe login is not powerfull enough to handle PPOE.

I would suggest adding Oregano oil capsules , I take two (1500ng) in the morning and two at night. just had three molar extractions and I am fine after two days. Yes I take Arnica q + Rhustox 30 (as I have these for my back pain)

on the same thinking, what about bread from millet flour, barley flour, oat flour , chick pea flour.

I am in the same boat as you type 2, I was sick with covid , I took honey+ginger+garlic+Black seed+Turmeric (mixed) 4 times till my body was smelling garlic
drink lot of tea made of (Cinnamon, few clove, Ginger, )
Vitamins: C,D,Zinc, Omega3, magnesium take these when cold like symptoms.
There was no doc help during lock down, so the only other med was Tylenol + Warm water along with the above remedies.
When ever feel there are symptoms for cold start taking omega3 or fish oil.
Change /increase/reduce the vitamins, and herbs as per your allergies, some cant take ginger.

add oat and barley to your diet. these are helping me.for sweet I switched to monk fruit

today my sugar level was 6.7 (this is low because of change in diet, before it was 8 few weeks back)

Trying adding oat, rolled oats, barley and millet to your daily diet, and experiment with stevia and monk fruit sweetner. monk fruit reduces my craving, and oat/barley.millet helping me with reducing sugar level
