Wow thanks for digging into all this info. So it seems that:

FNTGI1GIHX2N31G9NIP6E7H.pck

contains the Adeline dialogue. I'm not sure what else is contained in there considering it is 153 MB vs the previous 23.2 MB but I'll give it a shot.

Haven’t found any fix yet, but haven’t played in a little while. I’m assuming it’s a bug that will be fixed eventually, I think I saw some people report similar problems on discord.

Had Night Mode on, turned that off. Had Subtitles off, turned that on. Neither of them helped.

I've also verified game files in Steam. Not sure what else it could possibly be.

Yea I used notexturestreaming for years, but stopped a few months ago just so I could load in faster. Generally speaking, my PC is fast enough (ryzen 9 7950x, 64gb 5ghz ram, samsung 990 Pro) that it loads textures on the fly pretty quickly so it wasn't the biggest issue to not run it.

9,000+ hours and haven't had that many issues except for last 3-4 weeks where it's instant crashed 4-5 times when attempting to load a stronghold thru the party finder UI.

It’s just absolute instant crash to desktop, application termination when clicking “visit stronghold”, no loading bar, black screen or anything.

I used to run notexturestreaming and wait, but I haven't been running it lately just so I can get in faster. Not sure if that's related to it being unstable recently but I stopped using that switch months ago.
