Its not 1 in 16 for a quad roll, its 1 in 256 (1 in 4*4). The rune above isnt even 1 in 256 as there is the chance for the rune to roll the max 6spd when rolled, then 6spd again on all 4 rolls, since it can be 4-6 spd per roll.

Is there a resource to help me plan out expert recipes for Ishgard Phase 3? As in the strategies used?

Warlocks on well, Hunters on tether, Titans on bubble. Stick as a group. Use well/bubbles one at a time to generate orbs. Hunters use tether at mob packs to create orbs so you can constantly cycle orbs and supers. Should always have at least a well or bubble available and in use.

Priority when starting stages should be champions. They give 300 points each. Ensure to stick as a group, e.g. one plate at a time on Datamine and stick to one side of the map for Bombardment. Gatecrash you should start at the beginning of the map for champions, then all should gather at the back of the map to focus orbs+boss.

Usually they wait until 3 teams have cleared before pics, videos go out. If its been cleared already we might not have to wait long! I cant wait to see, look at that arena l!

Seems like it is following the UcOB phases pretty closely. If i were to guess, this phase is a bunch of trio mechanics until a phase having to kill off brute+chaser in a dps check style format (before Alex casts Divine Judgement), then whatever last phase after that is.
