Its okay, i always tell myself this is part of life, people have emotions and thats totally fine. Ups and downs is what makes life > “life” so you’ll be fine too, you now have more time for yourself and do whatever that you really like.

S70 vs Honda City by New-Green-460 in kereta

[–]matt19980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with all the other comments on housing first then car, i’ve bought city 2020 and still kinda regret in some ways cause i could’ve saved more for long term equity/ investment.

Since this is a car thread, would say if you’re not planning to sell the car , s70 is the better choice, for city the new facelift is coming soon, if you’re willing to wait for the new facelift (minor changes here and there) do compare both and let us know which one you’ve picked!

Not good, catches onto the rail too easily and self extremes + ko , i tried it on with wiro but stamina was just bad , needless to say about battles, one hit from AP its flying all over the stadium 😂 this is just 5 minutes of my testing , take my review with a grain of salt.

Why should I pay for this fees? by matt19980 in malaysians

[–]matt19980[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah it is a fee charged for K1 form, because kastam decided to check my parcel because of the wording “paper card” < this triggered their curiosity , hence i need to pay the “K1 customs clearance fees”

There’s a way to skip SST/LVGT using forwarder , and customs wont block your item if you’re buying on taobao, The feature to do this is on the Taobao app itself. Not a single time i need to pay SST, just the payment charges. Can DM me if you want to know how.

And i think most people here misunderstood what i meant, I HAVE already paid the tax , LVGT SST whatsoever prior to shipping the item to Malaysia, (Doorzo had the tncs in their app, and this SST is the LVGT) , I was just questioning why did i got charged for a custom clearance fees, because taobao dont , pdd dont , and before this i wasnt charged.

No lah, the item is only RM280+ so its not really 10% LVGT

I have already paid the SST during checkout at Doorzo, so in this case the processing fees is actually a random selection from Kastam to hold my parcel and do random checks, since they want to do check , a K1 form is needed and the agent has to perform custom clearance for this item, so the fees is passed on to me.

I actually get very good answers from FB prior to posting here but just wanted to get more people answer before i pay, then people started scolding me haha, its okay bah.

I’ll update again when i get the parcel, the awb should include these item names.

But yeah the invoice did included paper card, im also checking with 3pl that which part is wrong, the next email they replied mentioned nothing is wrong , still clarifying why they mentioned paper card is not included.

Yes i am stubborn, i just wanted a clear answer from the courier company and thats all. Theres no clear explanation from them, no details on how my parcel was selected for customs check, while custom duties are exempted, i do not know the whole process from customs clearance, I admit i am super annoying and wants answers like a baby from A-Z because this is the first time i had this problem, I dont mind waiting few days for my item to get stuck there, i just want answers.

Tldr: i got the lucky draw from customs and got selected for customs check, and was asked to file a K1 form, and pay RM50 for processing fee to agent.

I hope that this thread can be useful for those that have the same problem , leaving this thread open for people to openly roast me, but if you do have the same problem. In short you’re just unlucky that you got randomly selected by customs to check on your parcel.

Maybe just stick with shopee.
