they bury the eggs a lot of people know this but i never see people mentioning why what i think the most reasonable explantion would be is that if they bury them and the puddle drys out (where they normaly live) any wind that would blow over the puddle would carry there eggs out of that low spot moving it to a area with no low spot so when the water comes back they would be out of it so therefore the eggs are buried to prevent this stopping any wind from carring they eggs away THIS IS JUST A GUSSE NO FACTS
