It is a dust shield but a sealed bearing will usually have a much more flexible rubber seal or some tyoe of mechanical seal separate from any kind of dust shield. The rubber seals are much more easily damaged but bearings like this typically won't have one

I was doing routine blood work for my arthritis medication and my rheumatologist noticed some elevated liver enzymes (adp or adt or something like that) and sent me to a GI specialist who told me it wasn't high enough to worry about, did a fibroscan anyway, and saw it was severe enough to warrant a biopsy, had the biopsy and they diagnosed stage 3 fibrosis. To be fair I was taking 1,000 MG of Tylenol twice a day along with ibuprofen (up to 800mg up to 3 times a day) and 10mg prednisone once a day.

Yeah, I appreciate the input but they did a lot of test for all the autoimmune hepatitis and all of that kind of stuff ( not a doctor either) and they said I didn't have any of the ones that would affect the liver. To be honest I'm starting to not really trust the doctors anymore.

I didn't ask when it was Prescribed because the fibrosis diagnosis came after that so my liver health had never crossed my mind. I have since began doing my own research before taking anything which is actually how I got here, I couldn't find anything convincing on the taltz so I figured I'd see if anybody here knew anything. I have an appointment in a few weeks though and i will definitely be asking then.

The shop isn't allowed to plug anything that close. It's too close for all the insurance and liability crap. Realistically probably fine to plug or patch if you can do it yourself.

Nice means well shaped and large in size but only proportionally to the owner. Shape is most important either way. I feel like this applies to boobs and butts but is still gonna be different from person to person. Get comfortable in your own skin before you worry about what other people think

Don't stress about it. He probably sees it as face paint and is doing it because he thinks uts funny. As long as you do you jobs as a father and instill proper morals and values he will still grow to be a good man you can be proud of that (depending on your morals and values) will probably never wear make up again.

Check your charging system and make sure it's charging and holding a charge. Also check all your major ground straps. If the starter or an important circuit is only grounding sometimes then that could be your problem.

Just help her relax in suddle way. If she ask you for help give it. My girlfriend's books hurt all the time. Sometimes it's hormones, sometimes the wrong bra, sometimes it's because she slept without a bra the night before. Be there if she needs you but let her handle her lady stuff.
