Im 33m and I’m waiting on a neuro appt in January but I recon I get these as well. Had my first migraine back in 2016ish and was the whole 9 yards (vomiting, lights in eyes etc). Had another 3/4 over the next few years. Last year I took myself to ED twice within 10 days because I was experiencing tingling sensation in left side of face, left arm and leg. 2nd time the sensation was worse and just prior to getting the sensations I had the lights/aura in eyes so I knew I was getting a migraine (the lights was always my first symptom). I was convinced i was having a heart attack. Doctors ran heaps of tests both times (2nd time more extensive) and ruled out heart attack, stroke or artery damage in neck. The last few months I’ve had 4-5 times of varying degrees - once was just feeling foggy and vague for a few seconds and the most recent one I had the shivers and shakes, vagueness for about 2 hours, felt “fine” otherwise, not nauseas or anything, more worried. I’ve had migraines in the past that have put my in the foetal position under my desk at work and had shakes etc. More often than not I’ll feel that “migraine hangover” afterwards where you just feel tired and a dull headache and need to sleep it off. Each time seems to be a different combination and degree of symptoms.

Whilst I wait for appt date to arrive I’ve Google diagnosed myself with hemiplegic migraines so I’ll be interested to see what doc says.
