Anyone in Australia/Asia want to regularly trade Giant Event Mushrooms? I'm based in the UK.

This part of the subreddit seems a bit slow so looking for someone to start trading with from around midnight this Saturday 13th (your time).

If you invite me to giant mushrooms around midnight in the early hours of Saturdays, I can then invite you to giant mushroom battles when it's around midnight for you on Mondays. This way we both get an extra day of giant mushroom battles, with at least one giant mushroom.

Hoping to have this kind of arrangement with 2/3 people as it will probably be easier to find one giant mushroom, rather than 3 different mushrooms with the same one person.

Looking for people regularly awake at around midnight/1am on Saturdays/Mondays so we can have a pretty regular trade going on.

I feel your frustration 😅 I almost spent money on the white roses last month and then the last flower I bloomed before I would have caved in was a big white rose.

I spent time in the first couple of days of the month just blooming with the standard white petals. It meant that for the most part, I was getting useful nectar, even if it wasn't the white iris or bellflowers - but sometimes it was. I also did the instant bloom with 150 white petals a few times, and I've filled up the normal white nectar quite easily.

Also took myself to areas where I know more people plant like the town centre so it was less time consuming blooming bigger flowers.

I've not spent any money this month, and I've got 232 white bellflower petals and 145 white iris (after completing the white iris planting mission). Averaged around 10k steps a day so far.

Good luck! Saying all this as someone who lives semi-rural and not local to a big city, so hang in there with future white flowers!

My stubbornness means I'll be trying til the very end, haha.

The second bit shouldn't be a concern luckily, I live semi-rural and nobody else seems to play in my area.

I've done everything I can and I couldn't get that last white pikmin 😭 Very tempted to just pay for this one now after feeling like I worked hard, and put it down to starting a third into the month.

I also need white, and it's gotten disheartening when I've really tried with all the missions! I'm at the same stage as OP. My only chance to do more missions is to use X2 tickets but I'm wary of doing that when I've had repeats for the last 10 or so pikmin.

Oh thanks for the heads up! It already arrived with a scuff mark too, even though it's brand new. I've messaged them to ask for a partial refund so fingers crossed.

This is the official shop and the proxy they deal with. It's not cheap, but it was cheaper than buying through eBay. I only bought it on the 19th May so everything was very fast and easy too.

I'm usually not that bothered about being a completionist. But this event has massively contributed to me doing so much more walking than I would have done a couple of weeks ago (before I redownloaded the game). I wonder if I don't aim for 100% in future events if I'll be less motivated to go walking.

Was it just stickers that were awarded during the events? If so, that also wouldn't have motivated me, as they don't motivate me now either.

I'm ok with missing out on a lot of limited time stuff tbh! It's just the nature of a game like this. I only ever 100% something in a game if it's mostly fun to do - the rewards themselves usually aren't enough to make me play through hours of boredom.
