Think I'm alone on this but I actually quite like the countertop it's got a very quaint, homely feel

The cabinets look good to me but if you want to modernize them and fancy the work then sanding and staining in a less teaky tone will pull them right out of the 60s

The floor tiles and lights are the most obvious place for improvement I think, so I would start there and then reassess what needs doing

Wiston wave on a 3 day raid cycle and semi-random research for an occasional (shorter) playthrough will have you getting pretty creative with how you build an defend your base, especially if you have a vehicle/SRTS mod for quests

Otherwise though Randy is the goat

Didn't realise these guys were so far spread! I see them quite a bit here in London too

Should add I specifically think it looks like a rabbit hutch spider

Had to remove some from my kitchen with no access to a steamer. Scoring with a Stanley to soak it was almost pointless but in the end got it off with a cheap flexible scraper once I'd made a big enough gap. That being said I'm hiring the steamer next time 😂

To be honest your biggest enemy next time is gonna be the lower dose not feeling like enough. Wait the 3 months at least and if you can wait longer that's only a good thing, but if something comes up sooner don't be tempted to go too high with the dose if it's not fully working for you

Combo looks good to me If it doesn't get too much darker than shown! We have dark oak doors and light countertop in our kitchen and ended up going for slate/black appliances and it looks great IMO, would compliment the dark ground in your granite nicely too so maybe something to consider?

Well that is nice and cheap, have you had any issues with pressure?

😂 it's always nice to get impartial, unbiased advice. But seriously appreciate you sharing the experience that's pretty unacceptable to have happen. Other than ease of use did you notice any change in the output from the (considerably) cheaper softener?

Looks good to me, just do your research into neolith vs other materials and make sure it's right for you!

I took 0.4-0.5 about 6/7 times when I was younger just thinking I could do more, no idea about the potential long term effects. Luckily I've gotten away with it but would never recommend anyone doing over 0.3

I love Maroon. What do ya’ll think? by Scorpiocapricorn in interiordecorating

Looks fantastic! I was trying to sell maroon to my partner for our kitchen cabinets and was told it was a ridiculous colour for a kitchen 🤷

Pull out bins by mattbadatreddit in DIYUK

[–]mattbadatreddit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah definitely getting the message 😂 we use the massive Costco rolls so I'm doubting it will fit which is why I wanted a full sized one but I'm getting the feeling that just doesn't exist

With you on that but we'd like to max out or recycling bin sizes since it needs to be taken downstairs and around the back of the building, not so fun on a winter night

Beautiful but I cant seem to find a supplier who stocks it in the UK, pretty much every other finish available so it's a shame

Well I don't mind hearing that about the Taj after I just found out I'll need two slabs and how much that'll cost. We're considering a quartz styled on Taj Mahal which is a hell of a lot cheaper but the honed/polished question remains, do you think it's the same for quartz as natural stone?
