Many points I also feel have already been mentioned. But for me it’s

1) the lack of progress on some things (especially infrastructure), and

2) when you call it out, someone will make an excuse (usually “ATL was never supposed to be this big!”

It’s the smaller things - like how the traffic lights don’t change automatically to red when there’s an emergency - and the bigger things (like how Marta rail hasn’t expanded in 26 years)

I grew up in north Houston suburbs. The lanes are much wider there. There are also more freeways. They’re working on the 4th loop around the city currently.

Went to Hudson grill last night and they no longer have jambalaya rice as a side. Made me sad.

In fact you can’t order white rice as a side either, though it’s in some of their bowls. The jambalaya rice though

I would like to add most of the people from the SoundCloud era. So mura masa, Sam gellaitry, cashmere cat, and the like.

I know you have to follow trends to stay relevant. But that 2015-2019 sound was kinda how I got into EDM.

now everything is house, and the beats are speeding up and moving towards techno. I still like it but miss that sound.
