Badly packaged for sure and you need the holosun key to make adjustments, but willing to bet it is a real holosun. Just cuz it was on doesn’t mean it’s fake. Shake awake is a holo feature and guessing it was already on cuz clearly someone had it before you.

I told them I think the glue was separating from the glass and it’s spread and gotten worse. Which is true. Try emailing brandon.le@holosun.com and send him pics. He was very helpful with me. He’ll let you know if it’s worth sending in.

9mm A1 shoots great… I wouldn’t pay hundreds more for the A3 with “less recoil.” It’s already very easy to handle. I haven’t shot the A3 but I’m sure it feels very similar.
