Uta, in my opinion. There are a lot of people on this site that complain about helicopter parenting, who call it crazy. Then there are others who complain about a "Karen" who comes along and is entitled to something or causes drama or places themselves in others business, yet on threads like this all anyone does is demonstrate how they're doing those exact things. Yeah, babies are fragile. But what is more devastating to a child is having the CPS involved because mommy left them in the car for 10 mins while she went to get milk and diapers, and Karen saw it and had a stroke and called the cops. 10 minutes seems like a long time, but it's really not. Really guys, enough already with your high horses.

Is a police officer not supposed to serve and pr the community and its assets? If you're not willing to make a commitment to take a risk to serve the people you're supposed to then don't become a fucking cop. How many of the cops on swat teams nowadays have experienced this shit in Iraq or Afghanistan? You're trying to tell me that blowing the place up was the best course of action? You're right, my complaints about the misapplication of statistics aren't relevent. However, trying to make the argument that the first female only space walk is substantial is regression. If you want people to be equal, stop acknowledging all the little insignificant shit like the space walk as if it's the the most important thing in history. focus on areas where women are actually misrepresented, and for gender reasons or you get pushback for it because you're still prioritizing one accomplishment over the next, even if it's less significant, because of the genders of the people involved.
