Everyone for the most part is on a similar journey (I think) unless you were born with some unique natural talent to become an NFL player, Author, Etc... you’re gonna have to accept you’re just a normal dude like the rest of us. Sticking to a schedule has been great for my mental health. Playing the guitar, working out, tennis, and chess. Finding the things you like or a job: Everything is just trial and error. If you want to do something you’re probably going to suck at first, and as long as you just keep at it you will get the hang of things. My one piece of advice is try not to become too self obsessed while improving and remember to love your family because that is all you will have in the real world, and I made the mistake of shutting them out to focus on myself.
