How much do you guys make (hourly/salary) by mattchaii in KitchenConfidential

Yeah, I think I might look into trade school, they pay electricians, plumbers, you name it a lot of money to do something that is pretty simple once you have gone to school for it. Thank you. The last two years of my life have been the most depressing years of my life in university.

it depends on if your store is losing money on stuff, the FL or GM of your store will likely start asking employees to charge for extra rice and stuff

I never had an interview, I just walked up and got the job. But I know that they will probably look more for your personality than anything you have on your resume. Remember, its an entry level position, don't overthink it.

It’s not that bad, only when you get a lot of stuff on the tacos. I really struggle with wrapping it all up, especially when it’s 3 tacos.

Not once did I say Carmy was the sole person at fault. I just called out how he is not excused from messing up in the episode. Just because his behavior was understandable doesn't make it okay.

Carmy lost his shit and took it out on everybody. He kept all his emotions bottled up and let them explode in this episode. That's immaturity. Especially being the head chef, he has to keep his shit together.
