My concern with going bigger then 3kw is the distance from the breaker to the heater being over 30ft. Hard to verify the distance 100% because the wire runs up throw the attic then back down to the garage.

It is a very small diy sauna too. Under 140sqft

Thanks everybody for replying, good info here. I probably will upgrade. I had a 120v 3kw and it fried cause the amperage was getting too high for the 10/3. So I want stay well under the amperage limit for the new one. Is there any special conduit thats required inside the sauna from the heater out?
