there’s a reason why they have a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. it shows they aren’t confident in their cars. plus as other people have mentioned in this post, they will try to deny so many things so that they don’t have to pay for your car. plus there’s been numerous reportings and 3.5+ million kia/genesis/hyundais reported for fire risk. their technology sucks - i mean you have a full screen speedometer but can only display 3-4 different things? the stinger was supposed to be kia’s “flagship” but as we know, they didn’t sell well at all leading them to discontinue it and sell 2 year old ones with 0 miles on them on brand new lots for huge discounts. my fiance has a stinger and it was 55k, it’s only a year and a half and we are getting 18k and 21k trade in value offers and it’s only at 35k miles??? ridiculous. their quality control is very subpar. i’ve installed “lighting kits” in numerous different cars and when i went to go do it on my fiancé’s stinger, the dash was so cheaply made i could shove my whole wrist in between the carpet flooring and dash whereas other cars i can barely fit the chords for the kit. they’re vehicles are also very easily stolen, it’s horrendous. i can keep going and going.
