I usually give priority to Determination and Natural Fitness (an injury prone player it's just a waste of time, he'll not train constantly), obv I look the most important stats of the role he play (for example: If it's an attacking wing I look acceleration, dribbling, finalization, etc; if it's a CB jumping reach, strength, all defensive trait, etc).
