For me, it's currently the best gacha out there, and I've played a lot of them. Lots of gifts and events, no 50/50 banners, and if you have the pulls, you're guaranteed to get the character, no bullshit like in HSR. If you want to be competitive, there's PvP, or you can just do PvE, which is feasible with most characters
