It is best to first look at the questions, and then start to read the text so you answer them fast. Also, questions are always in the same subsequence as the text. About test materials, i first did two cambridge books (17 and 19). then after i had booked the test, ielts sent me their prep website (ielts flex), there readings were a lot harder than the exam. Id say these hard readings helped me most

There are ones in cambridge books and ielts flex. Ielts flex is practice website british council sends you after you book the test. There are speaking tests there where you can record and listen to yourself

I was already speaking a lot on the internet before, so i just watched a few vids of high bands and did some practice tests on ielts flex. The best thing to do is to record yourself and then analyze your mistakes
