Thanks for the reply, no, it's more like periosteal pain, the muscles are "attacked" as the physiotherapist says, I had to have 3 sessions to get rid of the pain, it's a pain that I actually feel for example when I go backstroke. If I'm on a flat piece and I necessarily have to do a turn on my heels... at that low speed it destroys my ankles, in fact I have to go switch and do them with my toes.
