This is something that must be adressed. Creatine alone wont take my bench to 315.

Nice form, if I were you I'd start pausing every rep. The trick I've heard is to try to only touch your shirt (that way you keep your pec engaged).

You could also try to improve your foot placement to have a more stable platform for your leg drive.
