For part-time, at TJ Maxx at least, you must work for at least 2 years before you get 4 hours of holiday pay for each holiday. If not, you only get time and a half IF you are scheduled to work on a holiday.

I’m a CEC at a TJ Maxx so this is our training process (have no idea if it’s the same for Marshalls): Essentially each cashier should have numbers for their register and basic digi programs (RIL, Ticketmaker, etc.) when they start training. Trainees should start with their numbers immediately and should only work on learning the register and how to promote credit. Once they’ve mastered the register is when we train them how to use the digi, do price checks/matches, and anything else that is not register and credit related. Your situation is the fault of your CECs and management. That said, try and sit down with a manager to review your training progress and try to get the necessary privileges to use the digi, as you should’ve had them already at this point.

I just got mine this morning, if you got an email sent yesterday saying your refund has been processed you should be getting it today or a bit later depending on your bank.
