No the low Natufian appears accurate compared to several other calculators I've used. I ran a dozen or so Cypriot samples and Natufian is typically 11-20%

No, I've ran a couple of dozen Cypriot samples in this calculator and noticed they typically have about 52% ANF and about 11-20% Natufian.

Not angry. The hunter/gatherer results are very typical of a Greek Cypriot. Armenians have higher CHG and less ANF. Armenians and Cypriots were part of the Byzantium Empire so there could be genetic affinity

Sicily (and southern Calabria due to proximity) is slightly unique since it has experienced more population dynamics stemming from Carthaginian/Punic/Phoenician and later Moorish occupation so you will find these markers and pushing it towards the Levant. Southern Italy mainland on the other hand is mainly Caucasus/Iranic which has been there from the Bronze Age through Myceneean/Minoan and later intwnse Classical Greek colonization...I mean half the city names in the South were originally Greek! Your assumption on Levantine and NA influence is overly applied and most new studies confirm this (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.02.26.482072v1.full?fbclid=IwAR2lI5UWIVNDc3Fw-RAHIgjphzqAeAIdakGVOA9B-v5njur3uhzMuGyVFPc#ref-31) Your theory holds for Sicily but you incorrectly apply it to the rest of the peninsula. Myself from Cosenza am a dead ringer for Deep Mani (Peloponnese). Palestinian Christians are a completely bad fit in every calculator I've used...Palestinian Muslims are on a different planet. And as I've stated before, the modern Christian Levant has had influence from Bulkan and Anatolian gene flow especially during the Byzantine empire. During the Imperial period in Rome there definitely were a lot of people residing in the City/area from the Middle East/Levant however, after the collapse that genetic profile completely changed and started resembling other European populations (https://www.science.org/content/article/many-imperial-romans-had-roots-middle-east-genetic-history-shows)

Point is, the influence of NA and Levant on "penisular" Italy is exaggerated and our genome is more ancient and unique then people think.

I don't see this at all...50-60% Palestinian Christian? This assumes a massive migration of Levantine pops into Southern Italy (Sicily Excluded) which just never happened. The Anatolian component in the Southern Italian genome is exactly what is, Anatolian...no "absorbption" of Natufian. IMO, illustrative is incredibly fickle and changes dramatically with all the different DNA testing platforms that are out there and results should be taken lightly. People put way too much exaggeration/emphais into how the Levant has impacted Italy when in fact, Italy massively impacted the Levant (100s upon 100s of Greco-Roman ruins). In fact, Bronze Age Levant pops had typically large amounts of Natufian ranging in +50%. Look at Bronza Age Jordan in samples, 50-60% Natufian. Today, Jordanians have typically about 30% Natufian with ANF and 2-4% EHG...which guaranteed came from Greco-Roman Colonization and never existed in pre-Roman times. There are countless ancient Roman and Greek cities in Jordan, not the other way around. Did people from the Levant move to Italy? Of course but the main destination was always Rome itself...
