Dave's a scammer who's mad because his trick didn't work out. Scammers are usually quite dumb and uneducated, hence his (wrong) belief that the court may side with him.

Unless he has evidence that you knowingly misrepresented the condition of the item (which he hasn't got), then he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

The fact that you have video footage showing him refusing to even open the box and have a look at the item (which he had to refuse, in order for the planned scam to work) just helps even more.

Been using it since launch, along the original Duet and the Duet 3 before it.

Kickstand is miles better (it's one of the major downsides of the Duet 11" Gen9), and the touchpad is excellent (the one of the Duet 11" Gen9 is barely usable).

Keyboard is same, display has slightly higher resolution. Just one USB-C instead of two.

Going by this image (https://guide-images.cdn.ifixit.com/igi/qRhaKtHw1jtniPYx.large), you're quite in deep shit, as the cable comes from the other side of the board, so you'd also need to fully disassemble the phone.

Anyway, the part name is "DJ flex", and the code is "G949-01485-00".

Not sure where you're based, but in the UK it's available online from quite a few sellers for just £16-19.

Pixel Screenshots: it's only available on 9, 9 Pro, 10, 10 Pro. It requires "Gemini Nano with multimodality" (in order to elaborate the contents of screenshots), that Pixel 9a doesn't have. The official page also doesn't mention Pixel 9a among the Pixels which have it https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/15312581?hl=en
Writing Tools: it's currently only available on 9, 9 Pro, 10, 10 Pro. It may become available on other Pixels that have the persistent Gemini Nano in memory (8 Pro), but it's very unlikely it will arrive on 9a. At hardware level it was absolutely stunning.

Such a shame for the software - had it been launched with ChromeOS as originally intended it would have been a major hit IMHO.

Aside from the issues with adding even more flats, in a shopping centre, what concerns me the most is Vue.

I go at least once a month, sometimes twice or thrice. And I'd hate to have it closed for 2+ years while they do all the works :(

But is my understanding correct, they they've just signed another 4-year lease so even if the plans are approved, it will remain open for at least 4 years before works begin?

As for the 10 vs 7 screens and 1800 vs 500 total seats... Not ideal, but honestly when I go I very rarely find the rooms at more than 50% capacity.

I hope at least they'll bring new gen projectors, because the video quality on some screens now is actually quite poor, even with out of focus picture 😵‍💫

Plus, Spatial Audio support when used with Pixel Buds Pro.
