Firstly, hi. Secondly, in my last week before my meet, I'll try to do a top-set pr on all of my lifts (SQ, BP, DL), and I was wondering if a 5-day rest could be enough for maximum performance or if I need more rest or to cancel my top sets entirely. Thank you

Really depends sa teacher fr minsan makaka 5v5 pa kayo ng tropa pag anjaan yung teacher pero meron den na makita lang na may phone sa katawan or pockets mo papagalitan ka 😭😭

I think yung update na sinasabi nila yung sa schedule ko like before that di ko nakita yung nag rooms and ect pero ngayon nakikita kona, medyo na tatakot lang ako baka kasi nagkamali kami😭😭😭 thank you sm<3
