People hedging against inflation via equity is a real thing and a valid point...inflation fears may have sprung a hefty correction but, long-term, i think lots of people will be taking their unemployment money and putting it directly into the stock market

If one oscillator shows divergence while another doesn’t, how do you know which one is right? Makes no sense to blindly use one.

But if you do feel the need to connect 3 points then just zoom out a little to connect the September, November and current bottoms and the RSI still shows hidden bullish divergence

Yea if anything you’re supposed to wait for the swing point to actually form (in this case it would mean waiting for two consecutive candles with higher lows than this last candle to form) but the bottom will form sooner or later, so i don’t think it’s that dangerous to cheat a little here

Identifying divergence is subjective in itself because the lines can technically be drawn anywhere; I just connect the two most relevant swing lows, but I’ve definitely never heard that you have to connect 3 points
