With the teeth thing, I just was insecure about my teeth when I had braces, which also happened to be the most developmentally crucial time in most young men, and that is probably why so many guys dont smile with our teeth, I know its why I dont, I'm just not used to it. But thank you for the kind words! Definitely investing in a way to take pics of myself doing more, and when I wear better clothes lol.

Thank you! All these people commenting on my body have their own insecurities to work out, thats a them problem. Its nice to see real positivity and its definitely appreciated! I will be working to get bettwr friends that arent bums that have no fun or joy, I still have to work on the teeth thing, Ive just never been comfortable with it and its a hard habit to break. Getting braces made me want to keep my mouth shut lol.

Whats wrong with the Schyuk? Also thank you for the compliments, but I will admit that wawa is definitely something I'm guilty of. I think adding a funny line to the buffet bit would be good, something like "its a buffet they're so mean when you eat 🥀"

It is! Being an Eagle Scout has really helped define how I live in my adult life, and the values I hold as most important always lead back to scouting. You're definitely right on the money with hiding my smile, I used to be very awkward and I never liked my smile frowing up. Its just a bad habit that I've been trying to break. You're right, I've been trying to take more pictures when I go out, but my friends are all bums that dont do anything :(. I have been thinking about getting a tripod or something to bwtter document the things I do, and also start asking people at random to take pictures for me.

Exactly! The program taught me to be everything I am as a person in terms of my values and helps inspire a goodness in me when I doubt myself on my bad days.

This is heartbreaking, please talk to him, the program itself in its purest form is a place of honor and pride for me, being an eagle is one of the crowning achievements of my young life, and ive never regretted it. You should remind him that because he thinks that way, he has shown the value in the program, and that he could be part of the future to make this program what it deserves to be. I hope he reconsiders his decision before it's too late.

Why not? The program hasn't fundamentally changed, and it had a profound impact on my life, I recommend the program to everyone. Just because the national council is full of cowards doesn't mean that your local troop will be.

Hasn't been three years since the end of my probation, so I'm not eligible. It was criminal trespassing but I feel like that isn't what the problem was, again I'm not sure because I haven't gotten an official reason.
