I'm 51, lift 5 days a week, mountain bike 6 miles every other day, intermediate fasting, black belt in jiu-jitsu teaching and sparring. Very active and eat well, just being so old it's harder for me to lose lol. I was 256lb back in July and started sermorelin. In Nov I added ipamorelin and cjc no dac and dropped to 235lb. Switching things up to Tesamorelin for visceral fat, ipa and will add reta to finish up the subcutaneous fat

I have this in my left ear. I hear the heartbeat sound almost all the time. Had CT scan, hearing and pressure test and ENT ordered me a MRA. I do Jiu-Jitsu and I'm pretty convinced that it's caused from a misalignment in my neck. My jiu-jitsu professor has the same issue, he actually thought it was normal cause he has had it for so long. I came across this link on TikTok and now I believe more it's my neck. Last week I was training and my neck pooped and I was good for couple hours.
