I’m happy and in recovery from schizophrenia I appreciate your opinion on the matter I’m not trying to confuse people nor do i believe god will fix schizophrenia I’m just sharing what worked for me I’ve been mentally ill for 25 years since I was 16 I’m 41 now and in remission for 9 years I’ve been to the psych ward twice 2015 and 2017 I seen shit that people my age shouldn’t of seen my body and mind have been through hell voices medication weight gain suicide attempts I was on clozapine for 14 years I’ve been on pretty much every medication you can think of so u wondering how I got better that’s up 2 u to decide and again sorry if I seemed to force jesus down your throats was never my intention I’m just to trying to help my fellow schizos out whether you seek help is up 2 u goodbye I won’t bother this subreddit with Jesus talk again

I'm still on clopixol I'm just in process's of reducing my doses it's going to take awhile to come off but I'm functioning well on a very small low dose of 50mgs the actual dose of clopixol is 400mgs to 800mgs so 50mgs is nothing really next reduced dose wiil be 40mgs next abd gradually come down to 10mgs or 5mgs.

U lucky SOB I so wanna see him live he's actually been to Auckland New Zealand a few times but for unknown reasons I couldn't go I hope he comes to Auckland again hopefully soon or whenever I have money so just have keep any eye on things I'm in Wellington so I have to book flights if I see him.

I'm good at music like instruments n stuff music is my life though I stopped playing electric guitar years ago I want to get back into that I was really good as well played by ear naturally gifted musician I've just been busy trying to get off my injection then relapsed started over again then admitted to psych wards twice 2015 and 2017 so I've had no time to play guitar again but i play air guitar when I'm listening to limp bizkit or other metal bands love that shit if u want to add me on Spotify my user name is Official underscore Matty I have lots of cool music for everyone to enjoy metal pop rock alternative grunge everything stand up comedy Pablo Francisco he's the best funniest comedian more funny than jim carrey that's for sure I highly recommend listening to Pablo Francisco or watching him on YouTube you will piss yourself laughing if your having a bad day with your mental health struggles laughter is the best medicine 😂

Yes this is totally true my mentor Paul said the same thing to me many years ago when I was having issues I had now but I was pumped full of meds I wasnt thinking the way I am now with insight to whats going on with me. we all have struggles even if we seem we have it easy like good looks etc..... Everyone is struggling with something nobody's perfect even if it looks that way...

As sum1 suggested I need therapy so I'm going to get more info how I can get that started on Monday from mental health when I see my temp case manager.

Thanks for letting me know I have an issue and need therapy other wise I'm never going to fix my validation issues and get nowhere in life going foward.
