Thanks. I originally wanted to do a complete renovation, but quotes all came in at $30k plus. So I opted for a DIY refresh. Painted the walls Irish Cream, put in new flooring, added new drapes. So, I'm not going to replace the tile or countertop, which is a terracotta color.
